A new football academy for kids in Southampton run by Southampton FC Legend James Beattie has opened. For this project we were asked to do event photography and social videos for the future promotion of the academy, as well as images for use on social media and promotional material. With a focus on technique and fun, kids get the chance to learn from a football legend and his team of coaches as well as enjoying camps outside of school time.

Videos for socials were then turned into reels ready to post and all images sent over for use on any promotional material.

The Brief:

Clean, crisp images that can be used for multiple channels, show the diversity of the age range and also the coaches and the venue on offer.

The Process:

We shot the welcoming process of kids coming in, as well as the different coaching groups split into age. This was then shot in photo and video to get the most content from a couple of hours shoot. Choosing the best images proved to be the hardest with action shots galore!

The Outcome:

A great set of different images available for use, as well as shots of James and his coaches offering their expertise and happy kids enjoying the whole experience.
